About Me
Hannah Rose Bernstein comes from an academic philosophy background, and spent her 20s working on the administrative side of law and entertainment at companies including HBO and Beats by Dre. When working at a law office that specialized in criminal defense for sports celebrities, Hannah discovered that she had a knack for comforting people through times of intense stress.
In an effort to optimize for lived experiences of happiness, Hannah has explored community organizing, lobbying on behalf of women’s rights and prison reform, and the study of ritualized and meditative practices.
She created the YouTube series “The Embodied Psyche” and has lead workshops on Mindful Consent and Embodied Listening.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, she has always found the psychology of power and fame a captivating component of relationality in this city.
